They promote their rapid, sustainable and within the Geneva community, in with internal and external partners of Hospice général. They also work on the development of living together, the strengthening of social cohesion and the promotion of a harmonious, respectful and inclusive within the collective accommodation centers and the neighborhoods in which they are located.To this end, the unit:- Ensures the implementation of processes, systems and infrastructure necessary for the reception, and of new arrivals;- Develops interactions, intercultural exchanges and meeting opportunities between the migrant and the host society in order to promote social, to local life and living together;- Designs, supports and coordinates actions promoting inclusion, autonomy, civic engagement, the development of empowerment and the development of social ties between residents and their environment;- Supports beneficiaries in the progressive acquisition of their autonomy in the acts of daily life and in the understanding of their social and institutional environment, in order to promote their active in society;- Develops and leads X of local partners (public, private, volunteers, residents, municipalities, cultural and sports institutions, etc.) contributing to and to social cohesion;- Promotes the of residents in collective life and encourages strengthening the mutual respect and the feeling of belonging to the community;- Manages collective life within accommodation centers and prevents, supports or resolves tension or conflict in an approach favoring dialogue, and respect for diversity;- Ensures the monitoring and control of the unit's budgetary framework, ensures efficient use of allocated resources and contributes to in compliance with institutional objectives;- Represents the service to political authorities, municipal services and any other entity concerned by the issues of reception, and of cohesion.
