## Job Description ##

* Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership
* Coordinate and manage calendars and schedules
* Handle confidential information with discretion
* Prepare business reports and presentations
* Manage correspondence and communication
* Arrange travel and accommodation for executives
* Prepare and review expense reports
* Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed

## The Successful Applicant ##

* First experience as an Executive/Team Assistant with a hosptality background ideally
* An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
* Proficiency in English and in French
* Experience in a fast-paced international firm
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and other business tools
* Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
* High degree of professionalism and discretion
