This makes this position refreshing and a rare front office opportunity, starting in admin support and working your way upwards over time while carving out a career. In this role, you would be trained and mentored - starting out on a broad and busy range of junior trust and compliance tasks, supporting a dynamic team. Over time, you would gradually take on more responsibility, learning what it takes to one day become a trust officer with your own portfolio of clients. This job will expose you to the following tasks, but not limited to: handling payments, invoices, scanning and archiving as well as preparing meeting packs. In addition, you will be working on compliance tasks such as bank account opening, KYC + CRS, keeping client compliance up to date and supporting seniors on new business reporting. You will also assist from time to time with meetings/agenda planning, answering phone call queries from clients, record-keeping and diary management as well as other interesting ad-hoc tasks. An exciting chance to get a foot in the door of a long-established, very reputable trusts, fiduciary & services company.Profile sought- Bachelor degree - EHL, Law, Marketing, Finance, Other- Bilingual English or mother-tongue- A junior, committed, person - previous experience in a similar role is not necessarily required as full training will be given so would suit entry level candidates who are eager to enter this field- You should have drive and energy as well as a willingness to learn- Strong experience + good with numbers/figures with good attention to detail, able to manage deadlines and comfortable with internal and external clients and stakeholders- Strong work ethic, a great deal of common sense, logic - being able to work quickly and efficiently as well as being passionate about what you are doing and taking it seriously (high ease in a fast-paced, energetic, hard-working environment)- Service and customer-oriented, flexible, meticulous, positive and can-do attitude- Ability to grasp things quickly and work calmly under pressure - find solutions, problem-solve- Excellent writing skills (in English) as well as strong oral communication + good personal computer skills, Word, Excel, Power Point- This is a permanent, full-time role which is office-based (no home-working)- Already based in the Geneva region with eligibility for a Swiss work permit or in possession thereof (cross-border accepted) jid606e863aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
