For the Medical Expenses department, the Qualibroker group is looking for a Trilingual Health Insurance Administrator (FR/GER/ENG)For the Medical Expenses department, the Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care group is looking for a Trilingual Health Insurance Administrator 100% - FR/GER/ENGAs part of this role, you will provide support in management and consulting in the field of health insurance (LAMal basic and supplementary) for several major clients (companies of various sizes).Your responsibilities:- Consulting for clients on Swiss and European health insurance systems (cross-border commuters, residents in Switzerland, etc.)- Regular contact with insured persons, HR departments of client companies, as well as insurers- Daily management of a client portfolio (processing emails, phone calls, and correspondence)- Checking invoices issued by insurers- Participating in the continuous improvement of commercial processesYour profile:- Commercial training (CFC, diploma, professional training, or equivalent)- Holding the AFA certification is an asset. If not, we offer the possibility of financing it as part of the employment- Confirmed experience in insurance management, particularly in health insurance (LAMal, LCA)- Language skills: English and German minimum C1 (or failing that, a confirmed B2 level of German).
