For one of our clients, we are looking for a Transaction Manager TUR / ENG 100% permanent contract and based in Geneva. The person will join the banking desk.Transaction Manager TUR / ENG 100%Our client is a well-established commercial bank in Switzerland and other financial places.DescriptionJoining the Banking Desk of the Bank;Reviewing and structuring Banking and Trade Finance transactions in line with approved credit facilities and risk policies;Coordinating the execution of financed and non-financed transactions with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing;Monitoring credit line coverage and transactional risks as part of the first line of defense;Managing and following up on payments, trade finance instruments, FX transactions and other banking operations;Maintaining regular contact with clients and Relationship Managers to support transaction execution and optimize facility usage;Monitoring transaction pipelines, repayments and facility utilization, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting;Supporting the preparation of credit renewals, amendments and waivers and helping to resolve credit, operational and compliance issues when required;Reporting to the clients and the management of the day-to-day operations in the department.ProfileUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or equivalent;3-5 years of professional experience in Banking, Trade Finance or Transaction Management ideally;Good knowledge of trade finance products, banking operations and credit facilities;Strong risk awareness and understanding of transactional controls;Proficient in MS Office and Excel;Fluency in Turkish and English is essential; French would be a strong asset;Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor transactions throughout their lifecycle;Good communication skills and ability to interact with various internal stakeholders;Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented team player;Discretion and sense of confidentiality;Swiss residence.OfferOur client offers a 100% permanent contract within a human-sized and dynamic working environment.
