* Facilitate interactive online sessions and drop-in clinics to support users.
* Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate training logistics and communication.
* Collect feedback and contribute to improving training effectiveness.
* Assist with administrative tasks related to training and change management.





## The Successful Applicant ##

* Experience in creating and delivering presentations for technical topics.
* Skilled in managing online meetings and virtual training sessions.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
* Excellent English; French is a plus.
