We are looking for a Training Assistant to support learning and development activities on a temporary basis. The role is primarily focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of training programmes. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning by managing logistics, and communicating with participants and stakeholders.Support for the planning and delivery of training sessions and learning initiatives.- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, participant and venue arrangements (virtual and in-person).- Prepare training materials and reports to a high standard.- Maintain training records, databases, and tracking.- Act as a point of contact for participants, responding to queries in a professional and timely manner.- Take clear and structured notes during training sessions or meetings when required.- Support post-training activities, including feedback collection and reporting.- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and providers.Experience in an administrative role, ideally in training, HR, or events.- Excellent English skills, particularly in written communication and documentation skills with high attention to detail.- Excellent note-taking and organizational abilities.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).- Service-oriented, proactive, and reliable.- High level of discretion and professionalism.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a structured and autonomous manner.Fixed-term contract: 6 months.Full-time availability preferred. jiddd38312aen jit0727aen jpiy26aen
