## Job Description ##

* Ensure the accurate processing of trading invoices in a timely manner.
* Verify and validate invoice details against contractual agreements.
* Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of all invoicing activities.
* Support the preparation of reports related to invoicing and trading activities.
* Assist in improving invoicing processes and systems.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with the finance and trading teams to ensure smooth operations.

## The Successful Applicant ##

A successful TRADING INVOICING OPERATOR should have:

* A strong understanding of invoicing processes within the commodity trading sector.
* Proficiency in relevant financial and invoicing software.
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
