The team operates across 4 sites, (1) Tolochenaz, Switzerland, (2) Singapore, (3) Belem, and (4) Beijing, China. The core team is based in Switzerland, where Traders, Supply Chain Analysts and Finance are B&A Commercial Trading Finance and Product Risk Controller s overall responsibility covers the finance area within Commercial B&A (Swiss, Norwegian and Chinese entities) with focus on trading position, price exposure and mark-to-market analyses and we offer you- A competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package;- A role with meaningful responsibilities and strong opportunities for professional growth, with exposure across teams;- A dynamic and work environment within a small, diverse and team;- A culture promotes employee wellbeing and supports ongoing professional development through you will be doing- Prepare regular trading position including price exposure and mark-to-market reporting.- Perform IFRS9 accounting entries for B&A Commercials entities, ensuring compliance with accounting standard.- Analyze the need for fair value accounting needs in specific trades.- Prepare analysis and week-on-week;- Support Finance Manager in financial analysis of investment and commercial proposals;- Assist in the establishment of accounts of HAISA legal entity and assist in the of HAISA s quarterly Board of Directors meetings;- Assist Commercial Finance team and quarterly closing process with specific tasks according to checklist.- Assist Finance Manager and Financial Controller with specific tasks, such as Balance Sheet ICFR controls and overall HFM quality;- Perform ad-hoc Financial Analysis as requested by the with focus in the areas of realized prices and margins, exposures and analysis.- Close monitoring of working capital through analysis of interact with Alumina and Bauxite Marketing (commercial and supply chain analysts) to improve the flow ensuring transaction/contract is reflected in CTS (Commodity Trading will make you successful in this and Experience- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent;- Finance background in commodity trading and tools;- Significant experience in Accounting and Financial Analysis;- Solid accounting and finance knowledge, as well as experience in financial products and accounting ease with digital and solutions (ERP, analytics & Microsoft office tools including Power BI);- Fluent in English, French is a plus.Personal Skills- Strong analytical skills, high to detail as well as ability to understand the total ability to meet deadlines and effectively in a fast-paced environment with peak workloads;- Excellent interpersonal and skills, with the ability to work across the to build and maintain effective working on controls, standard routines with a continuous improvement values diverse skills and perspectives and encourages all qualified to apply.- We are committed to equal opportunities and an inclusive work environment where everyone can contribute and learn more about our business.Position based in Tolochenaz, Switzerland.
