As a Technician, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day running of our performing arts facilities. Our team contributes to a secondary school environment that values both academic excellence and personal development.Role and responsibilitiesTechnical Production & Support- Provide assistance with all technical aspects of Performing Arts productions, classes, assessed performances, and other school events.- Collaborate with the Head of Department for all school productions and exam performances.- Perform multi-media tasks, including filming, uploading documents to Google Drive, and designing posters.- Provide occasional technical support for Campus Performing Arts events.Resource & Facility Management- Maintain all equipment and technical resources, ensuring staff and students can utilize them day-to-day.- Manage department resources, including costumes, books, sets, and technical equipment.- Ensure teachers have the necessary equipment for each class.- Guarantee all Health & Safety requirements are met for the daily use of performance spaces.We are looking forYou will thrive in this role if you possess:- Significant industry experience in all aspects of live performance and events.
