Your future missions: Ensure 1 to 2 classes per week: welcoming participants, providing instructions, correcting postures, counting, etc. The sessions are conducted with two instructors. A discussion time is scheduled at the end, with both instructors for at least 20 minutes.We offer: One session will be delivered based on the course model (one Saturday).
