Build and maintain the transverse NRT test plan, consolidating plans from the different test levels (IT, ST, NFT). Define the target coverage cases, test debt) in connection with QA, Dev, and Business teams. Oversee functional and technical testing (API, UI, with the existing tools (Tosca, Selenium, etc.). Orchestrate test execution in CI/CD: monitoring suites in pipelines, triggers, blocking criteria). Ensure quality reporting: KPIs, dashboards (Jira/Xray, qTest, …), tracking anomalies, and Go/No Go committees. Collaborate closely with Business teams (PO, BA), Development, DevOps, Release & Environment Management, and Test Management. Contribute to continuous improvement: promoting shift-left, BDD/Gherkin, best QA practices, data sets, and NRT campaigns.Desired profile:Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, including confirmed experience in a Test Manager / Test Lead role. Excellent mastery of multi-level testing (IT, ST, NRT, NFT) and lifecycle management of tests: ideally Tosca and/or Selenium, Xray or several API testing tools (Postman, ReadyAPI, SoapUI), concrete experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Bamboo or equivalent) and understanding of DevOps issues concerning quality. Proficiency with test management and tracking tools: Jira, Xray, qTest, Confluence (or similar). Proven experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and in multi-project/multi-team contexts. Excellent analytical and transversal communication skills, pedagogy, and ability to engage teams on quality topics.
