## Job Description ##

* Operate and monitor test benches for batteries and power electronics.
* Execute test protocols at the Sion facility and at supplier sites in Switzerland.
* Prepare and configure mechanical and electrical test setups.
* Manufacture wire harnesses and testing hardware as required.
* Maintain accurate configuration management during testing.
* Support the assembly and improvement of test benches and related systems.
* Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing activities.
* Record and document test results with precision and clarity.
* Ensure compliance with internal quality and safety standards.
* Contribute to the continuous optimization of testing processes and methodologies.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Background in automation systems and configuration management.
* Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
* Hands-on experience in preparing and executing technical test setups.
* Skilled in wiring, mechanical assembly, and hardware configuration.
* Experience with electric motors and measurement tools (e.g., oscilloscopes).
* Familiarity with LabVIEW or TestStand is an advantage.
* Solid command of basic IT tools and data management.
* Intermediate level of English (French is a plus).
* Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland for testing operations.
