Located in the Jura Arc, the company is currently strengthening its finishing department and has entrusted us with the recruitment of its future: Finishing Manager (M/F). Your responsibilities:- Ensure safety, compliance with standards, and overall sector performance.- Supervise quality, deadlines, and production costs.- Ensure quality processes and support teams by developing their skills.- Manage the HR cycle in connection with management (recruitment, etc.).- Communicate important decisions and provide feedback from the field.- Drive continuous projects and anticipate key resource needs.- Update the work standards and define production standards.- Monitor technical aspects and versatility.- Optimize processes (line balancing, lead time, versatility).- Analyze discrepancies and implement targeted action plans.- Participate in the development of new processes and equipment.- Promote interdepartmental collaboration and provide technical support to production lines.Your profile:- Proven experience in polishing and in a similar role in the watchmaking sector.- Mastery of 5-axis CNC machines and knowledge in metrology, quality, and project management.- Comfortable with Lean tools and focused on continuous improvement.- Autonomous with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership.- Recognized for your rigor, reactivity, flexibility, and presence in the field.What you will gain:- A demanding industrial environment and a key role in production performance.- Stimulating projects with a direct impact on results.- Real prospects for career development.Ready to take on a new technical challenge in a stimulating environment?
