Based in Crissier, Martigny, Carouge and Domdidier, our services cover the entire cantons of Vaud, Valais, Geneva and Fribourg. To strengthen our teams in Crissier (VD) and Martigny (VS), we are looking for a:

After-Sales Service Technicians in Household Appliances 80-100% (M/F) and a Household Appliance Installer 80–100% (M/F)

Mission

• Diagnose and repair household appliances
• Build customer loyalty through quality interventions
• Advise customers on various products
• Prepare intervention reports via tablet
• Delivery and installation of built-in and freestanding household appliances
• Connections (water, electricity according to standards)
• Commissioning and explanations to customers
• Neat work at the customer’s premises

Profile

• Federal VET Diploma as electrician, automation technician, carpenter or equivalent
• OIBT certificate, an advantage
• Proven experience in after-sales service and ideally in household appliances
• Comfortable with manual work
• Initiative, organisational skills and autonomy
• Customer- and solution-oriented attitude
• Category B driving licence
• Resident in the canton of Vaud or Valais
