Head of Technical Services (with project management function)Within the framework of the technical services department established to conceive, execute, and evolve urban and technical projects, we are looking for a Head of Service.Main function- Direct, coordinate, and develop the activities of the Domains and Buildings sectors (maintenance of public buildings, construction, cadastre, energy, agriculture, and forests)- Lead projects and technical services (construction, from study to commissioning (public procurement, calls for tenders, budget, technical monitoring, and management and supervision of personnel)- Manage the administrative part of their sectors (budget, procedures, reports, etc.)- Facilitate interfaces with other services- Replace the Head of Technical Services as neededProfile- Higher education in the field of building (HES engineer or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in a position of responsibility with management of multidisciplinary teams- Confirmed experience in project management in the building sector (in the public sector would be a plus)- Excellent management, leadership, negotiation, and writing skills, mastery of office tools- Autonomy, availability, sense of service, and solution-orientedWorking conditions- Start date: October 1st or by agreement- Must have a driver's license and be flexible with working hoursThe job description and additional information can be obtained from Human Resources.Your complete application file (cover letter, CV, diplomas, and work certificates, salary expectations) must reach us by July 12th. jide000b04aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
