Methods & Acquisitions

Joining Perrin Group means taking on a transversal and strategic role at the heart of our activities. You actively contribute to the preparation of bids, the monitoring of tenders as well as the document management related to the company’s projects. You will work in a job share on a 60% activity rate, increasing to 100% for a maximum of four weeks per year.

Your challenges:

  • Preparation, compilation and monitoring of submission files for public and private tenders. Monitoring of tender platforms (Simap, olmero …)
  • Collection, formatting and checking of required administrative and technical documents
  • Ensuring the compliance of transmitted documents
  • Coordination with the sector manager and the estimators
  • Management and updating of databases, references and quality documents
  • Writing, formatting and monitoring of various technical documents

Your profile:

  • Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or equivalent training
  • Professional experience of at least 3 to 4 years in a technical administrative position, ideally in the construction, engineering or public procurement sector
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge of submission and tender procedures in Switzerland is an asset
  • Rigour, strong organisational skills and ability to set priorities
  • Team spirit and good interpersonal skills
  • Autonomy, flexibility and excellent stress resistance
  • Strict respect for confidentiality and impeccable integrity
