Your responsibilities

  • You will manage the sales markets for smart-me and support the expansion of our business in Western Switzerland;

  • You will maintain and further develop the existing network of customers and partners in the energy sector, including regular on-site visits (travel activity approx. 50%);

  • You will be jointly responsible for acquiring new B2B partnerships in the energy sector and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships;

  • You will analyze the energy market, our competitive position, and target groups to identify potential and expand business activities accordingly;

  • You will lead contract negotiations with existing and prospective business partners;

  • You will support and coordinate support requests between partners and our internal support team.

Your profile

  • You have completed a technical or commercial vocational education;

  • You have several years of experience in field sales (required);

  • Experience in the energy sector or related industries is an advantage;

  • You already have a professional network in the energy technology sector in Western Switzerland;

  • You are a persuasive sales personality with technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovative energy solutions;

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently;

  • You are bilingual (French and German) or speak French as a native language with fluent German and/or English skills (required);

  • You hold a valid driver’s license and live in the Western Switzerland sales region;

  • Further education in business administration and/or sales is an advantage.
