We are seeking the following profile for one of our clients: Technical Sales Engineer - Europe & UK. Your mission: We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support commercial activities across Europe. This is a remote position requiring a high level of independence, strong technical and customer-facing skills, and close collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will be based in Switzerland, preferably within practical reach of their Yverdon-les-Bains office. This would allow for closer collaboration with their Sales and Service team, making it easier to host customers when needed. The role also requires regular travel to customer sites across Europe, including the following responsibilities: • Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their workflows, technical requirements, and needs. • Product Delivery: Deliver products both remotely and in person, tailored to customer requirements. • Customer Visits: Host customer visits and support activities at the Yverdon-les-Bains office when needed. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and service teams on regional business development activities. • Solution Development: Assist with customer projects and recommend solutions aligned with their scientific and technical needs. • Customer Feedback: Provide customer feedback to internal stakeholders to support ongoing product and workflow improvements. • Regional Travel: Travel throughout Europe and the UK to support customer meetings and profiles. • Remote Work Capability: Proven ability to work independently in a remote role while remaining closely connected to internal teams. • Technical and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer workflows and align them with technical solutions. • Excellent written and verbal skills in English. German is a strong asset. • Travel Readiness: Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout Europe and the UK. • Customer-Facing Confidence: Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in technical discussions and product presentations. • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with commercial and service teams.
