As part of our growth, we are looking for a specialist capable of managing layout projects for early childhood (nurseries, schools, libraries, spaces from prospecting to completion, integrating technical constraints, safety standards, and requirements. Technical sales engineer (H/F) | Development in the field of Early Childhood | 100%. Your main missions: Business Development & Customer Relations. Commercial prospecting and development of the client portfolio. Personalized advice on space and furniture layout for early childhood, taking into account technical constraints and client needs and proposing solutions. Client follow-up and technical project management. Gathering technical data on site (dimensions, constraints, safety) for plans and layout concepts while integrating technical and regulatory aspects. Writing and drafting commercial offers (quotes, technical files). Responding to calls for tenders (public and private markets) with complete technical files. Marketing & marketing materials: brochures, newsletters, social media. Highlighting products and solutions by emphasizing their technical aspects and promotional actions and commercial campaigns. Monitoring & development: Competitive surveillance and analysis of new suppliers and products. Monitoring of applicable standards (Switzerland - cantons) and technical management of proposed solutions. Management & performance: Monitoring of commercial performances. Analysis of outcomes and commercial contributions to the budget. Monitoring of technical quality in projects. Your profile: Technical sales engineer / Bachelor’s / Master’s (Bac 5). Experience: minimum 5 years in technical sales / B2B / project management. Key skills: Prospecting & project management. Technical analysis and understanding of field constraints. Reading plans / design. Sense of customer service and advice. Interest in design, interior architecture, or space planning. Good command of tools (MS Office, drawing software = a plus).
