## Job Description ##

* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, quality, R&D, automation, and maintenance.
* Source and assess candidates through interviews, CV screening, and technical evaluations.
* Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
* Conduct business development to expand your client portfolio.
* Write and publish job advertisements tailored to specific roles.
* Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
* Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes.
* Maintain accurate records in the recruitment CRM system.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights and best practices.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Degree from an engineering school or experience in a technical environment.
* Strong interest in recruitment and commercial activities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Fluent in French and English.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
* Willing to be based in Geneva (4 days a week).
