Technical Project Manager / Architect or Interior Architect (M/F)



whose main mission will be the fitting out of our buildings (offices, workshops, laboratories, clean rooms) intended to accommodate new deep tech companies

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development, management, and monitoring of technical projects related to infrastructure
  • Work closely with tenant companies to analyse their needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Propose interior architectural plans for buildings, based on the technical requirements of start-ups and SMEs
  • Manage building transformation projects
  • Prepare execution plans (plans, sections, elevations) for suppliers
  • Create tender requests, advocate for the best alternatives, and issue purchase orders
  • Ensure site supervision as well as compliance with quality, deadlines, and budgets
  • Occasionally provide support to the maintenance department
  • Assist the infrastructure manager

Desired Profile

  • HES Interior Architect (focused on industrial/technical environments), HES Architect or equivalent training
  • Project management training or equivalent experience
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC, clean rooms, and chemical laboratories
  • Highly client- and solution-oriented with excellent communication, prioritisation, organisation, and responsiveness skills
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
  • Perfect command of MS Office, Autocad, and Archicad tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (French C2, English B2)
  • Capable of working independently, in close collaboration with the existing team
