Description

For our client, an international company specialising in precision manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced Technical Planning Manager 100% (a). In this role, you translate technical customer requirements into practical manufacturing processes and coordinate cooperation between engineering, production planning and international manufacturing sites. You can expect a varied position with significant technical responsibility and regular international collaboration.



Responsibilities

  • Translation of customer drawings, tolerances and quality requirements into clear manufacturing processes
  • Definition of production steps, materials, tooling and fixtures
  • Preparation and validation of technical drawings, production documents and ERP data
  • Coordination of production capacity, material availability and tooling procurement
  • Alignment of technical requirements with international engineering and manufacturing teams
  • Monitoring of quality, schedules and technical issues related to externally manufactured components
  • Support in transferring manufacturing knowledge and proven production methods between locations


Profile

  • Advanced technical qualification in mechanical engineering, production engineering, microtechnology, precision engineering or a related field, ideally at HF/FH level or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in production planning, industrialisation or manufacturing engineering
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, tight tolerances and complex manufacturing processes
  • Practical knowledge of small precision components, tooling and production fixtures
  • Experience with ERP-based production planning and technical master data
  • Experience in coordinating international manufacturing or engineering teams
  • Very good French and English skills; German would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally several times per year
  • Structured approach, strong technical judgement and clear communication skills
