Your main tasks: - Personnel and technical management of about 9 directly subordinate employees, including holiday replacements - Ensuring optimal operations of the location - Acquisition, implementation, and oversight of inspections and maintenance work on all systems according to applicable regulations at the location - Organizing, coordinating, and monitoring FM tasks performed by third parties - Ensuring communication among all stakeholders internally and externally to ensure compliance with relevant valid regulations, both in terms of technical aspects and occupational safety during internal and external audits - Responsibility and execution of all internal and external activities at the location, booking of supplier invoices and weekly orders - Acting as the representative of the responsible Facility Manager Your profile: - Completed training as a commercial/technical basic training with a diploma (recognized FA/EFZ) - Basic knowledge of maintenance of building technology and accounting (debitors/creditors) - Professional experience in a similar position, including leadership experience, is an advantage - Knowledge of machine and cleaning agents, hygiene standards - Confident handling of MS Office and correspondence; additional languages are an advantage - Quick comprehension and high flexibility - Driver’s license B and a clean reputation are mandatory; company car available Ready for us?
