Description
As a technical referent, you are responsible for microtechnical manufacturing processes and ensure their performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. You support the teams as a subject matter expert and actively contribute to industrialisation and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
You will be attached to the logistics division and will be responsible for the following:
- Act as a technical referent on manufacturing processes (machining, assembly, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure the development, validation, and optimisation of processes
- Support production in resolving complex technical issues
- Participate in the industrialisation of new products and processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement (productivity, quality, cost reduction)
- Define and standardise best technical practices
- Train and support production teams
- Collaborate closely with the methods, quality, and R&D departments
Candidate Profile
You have the following profile:
- Training as a polymechanic or similar followed by technician training, federal diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment in a similar position
- You love being on the ground and close to production
- You are a unifier, with good communication and organisational skills.
- You have good skills in IT tools including ERP, Excel
- You have a good ability to work independently and enjoy continuous improvement
