Your field of activity

As a Technical Draughtsman with a project dimension, you play a central role in the success of our projects. You are both a designer and a technical coordinator, working directly with architects, engineers and site teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Study and analyse projects in collaboration with the project manager
• Work closely with the project manager to optimise design and anticipate technical constraints
• Prepare technical drawings (manufacturing and assembly) for our ventilated façade projects
• Take precise measurements on site and ensure plans are updated
• Evaluate quantities and prepare material order lists
• Participate in the search for innovative solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of construction sites
• Participate in project planning and monitoring (deadlines, coordination)

Prerequisites

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a draughtsman in metal construction, building or equivalent training. A federal diploma or technician ES training in metal construction is an asset.
• Proven experience in the façade field (ideally ventilated) or building envelope
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or other equivalent CAD software), HICAD is a real asset
• Good understanding of construction techniques and Swiss standards
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy and initiative
• Team spirit and ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
