Your tasks: - Be the main point of contact for client technical requests - Manage planning and distribution of activities according to task urgencies - Manage the X system and ensure data accuracy - General support to field colleagues (support, various replacements) - Control and manage supplier and client invoices - Various orders through our X system for audits (documents for safety means, etc.) - Manage quality, reporting, and maintenance - Draft offers and supervise projects - Propose, develop, and implement complete supervision of teams composed of technicians and technical concierges (management, planning, recruitment, ensuring proper functioning of technical operations (maintenance and preventive)) - Organize calls for tenders and submissions for work, especially related to building maintenance and their surroundings - Ensure optimal subcontractor management - Verify control and compliance with HSE standards issued by ISS or the client, and participate in their continuous improvement - Participate in budget control and monitoring - Optimize costs to maximize performance and oversight in monthly maintenance activity - Replace the hierarchical superior and technicians in case of absence Your profile: - CFC electrician or equivalent qualifications with good knowledge in the field of building technology and electrical connections as per article 15 OIBT - Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service or customer sector with a strong service orientation - Innate sense for management and strong team spirit - Good stress resistance and good command of French - Knowledge of German and English – a good mastery of usual tools (MS Office) - Driver's license At ISS Switzerland, we work to ensure that offices, airports, production sites, train stations, schools, and hospitals operate smoothly and are pleasant places to be.
