Our clientele is active in the field of building technology. In view of a retirement, we are looking for a:Technical Buyer at 100%Your main tasks- Create and track orders and follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers- Ensure deadline tracking and follow-ups- Negotiate prices, deadlines, and supplier conditions- Manage subcontracting and all logistical aspects, including transport- Monitor suppliers and ensure follow-up of corrective actions with the SQA Manager- Process supplier discrepancies and credit notes- Participate in the selection of new suppliers- Exchange with suppliers on technical aspectsYour profile- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) supplemented by a technical diploma or technical CFC supplemented by a purchasing assistant diploma- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement- Good knowledge of electronic components; technical knowledge constitutes an asset- Knowledge of an ISO quality system- Good command of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Experience in using an ERP; knowledge of Proalpha constitutes an asset- Very good command of French and English; basic knowledge of German- Proactive personality, open to change, and motivated to evolve in a dynamic technical environment- Good team spirit and ability to collaborate in a versatile manner with a good sense of analysis and prioritiesWe offer you- A hybrid work model with great flexibility- A corporate culture based on trust, integrity, competence, and responsibility- Support in professional development- A multicultural work environment as well as a collegial team- Participation in the development of innovative products that allow for the efficient use of energy resourcesIf you would like further information, you can contact the Supply Chain Management department.Have we sparked your interest?
