Reporting to the Manager, you will actively contribute to the development and growth of skills within a technical, project-based, and multi-stakeholder environment. You will operate in a context where tools and processes are being progressively strengthened, with a concrete role to play in the management of suppliers, performance, and risk control.Responsibilities- Develop, structure, and consolidate the current and future supplier panel, in Switzerland and Europe, in order to strengthen partnerships and secure supplies- Coordinate and centralize needs with project managers and other departments, providing structure, clarity, and an approach adapted to operational realities- Analyze needs, challenge requests, and identify levers in terms of cost, quality, lead time, service, and risk- Contribute to the progressive implementation of more structured processes, adapted to an evolving environmentProfile- Confirmed experience in purchasing in an industrial, technical, or project environment, ideally in the wood sector- Ability to structure a scope, to advance subjects with autonomy, and to evolve in a changing environment- Excellent negotiation, influence, and communication skills with an approach combining firmness, diplomacy, and understanding of cost, quality, lead time, service, and risk issues- Analytical mind, curiosity, rigor, good business sense, adaptability, and excellent proficiency with ERPs, common tools, and excellent mastery of Excel- Fluent French; German and/or Italian constitute an assetWhat we offer- Work within a dynamic team driven by a passion for interior design- Working conditions jida6de8f9aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
