Main missions: Assist and support the head of the Building Department on technical and financial aspects related to services and projects. Manage the technical aspects of municipal buildings during construction projects. Manage and develop the CMMS for buildings and their equipment. Develop the energy production and management of municipal buildings. Profile: ES Technician in Building Technology or equivalent. Proven experience in the field (min. 3 years post-qualification). Skills in project management and CMMS. Strong interest in issues related to energy transition. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Driving license required. Start date: April 1st.
