In this role, you will combine professional advice with proactive follow-up on leads and support the sales team on exciting projects.TECHNICAL ADVICE / SUPPORT TO THE INTERNAL SALES SERVICE (m/f), (100%) YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Customer service and advice - Follow-up with existing and new clients, handling requests and client visits, managing projects regarding products, handling claims, etc.Management of offers and orders - Follow-up on offers, processing orders, and delivery times.Client acquisition and lead management - Prospecting, following up on ongoing offers, and passing prospects to the sales team.CRM data management - Updating client data and business activities in the ERP/CRM systems.Support - Assistance during inter-departmental actions - Coordination with the sales team, logistics, marketing, and back-office.WHO MOVES US FORWARD?You impress us with your professional and friendly demeanor. We also appreciate your technical understanding as well as your independent and structured way of working. You also possess the following skills: Completed commercial or technical training, or equivalent. Several years of experience in a sales service, ideally with a focus on client acquisition. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM systems. Excellent sense of interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. Strong client focus and team spirit. Experience in the installation of ceiling systems is a plus, as well as a good level of German and English.
