Your mission:

On behalf of a company active in the management and monitoring of technical infrastructures, we are seeking a Technical and Operational Manager to strengthen its teams.

Your responsibilities:
• Ensure the coordination and monitoring of operational activities.
• Plan, organise and supervise interventions as well as technical projects.
• Manage and support teams in the field.
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, priorities and set objectives.
• Collaborate with various partners, clients and internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the application of current standards, procedures and regulations.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and optimisation of resources.

Your profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the building sector or equivalent technical training.
• Experience in team management with an excellent sense of priorities.
• Proven experience in property management.
• Autonomous, organised person who enjoys teamwork.
• Excellent stress management and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an asset.
• Good command of common IT tools, especially MS Office.
• Driving licence essential.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, technical standards and directives appreciated.
