- Complete adjustments of plastic injection installations
- Commissioning of machines with all necessary safety measures, cycle control and SPC monitoring
- Validation of series starts and ensuring compliance with quality requirements
- Dimensional and aesthetic inspection of parts
- Problem analysis and resolution with a continuous improvement approach in collaboration with the technical staff
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a technical agent in synthetic materials or equivalent training (from BAC PRO to BTS in plastics processing)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a high-tech industrial environment (medical, aeronautics, electronics)
- Mastery of injection presses, ideally of the "ARBURG" type
- Very good knowledge of technical materials: PEEK, PSU, PEI, PPSU
- Excellent plan reading skills and good knowledge of SPC control
- Rigour, method, strict adherence to procedures and a high level of quality requirements
- Team spirit, flexibility, sense of initiative and priorities
- Reside in the Nord Vaudois area or within a maximum of 30 minutes from this region
