We employ 15 people at our Rennaz site.Support us with your expertise.Your tasks:- Telephone advice and support for our partners and retailers- Responsible for our showroom of approximately 200m2- Technical advice to customers- Preparation of various offers for doors as well as for other products in the range- Support our regional sales managers for the and the preparation of offers- Processing of offers and requests from private clients and architects to a regional partner or to one of our regional managers- Coordination with the headquarters in Oensingen as a link for our regional partners- Support for processing with logistics and the spare parts service if needed- Assistance with the program for (iHAAS) for our partners- Participation in and continuous training on new productsContribute to our common success.What you bring:- Technical training with a marked interest in the building sector (knowledge of electronics would be an advantage)- Initial professional experience in technical product consulting is recommended- Great orientation towards customer service- A willingness to work independently as well as an ability to work in a team- Preferably bilingual French and German- Proficiency with standard tools (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word)- Residence in the region is an advantageWe want you to feel comfortable with us.
