Technical Advisor Switzerland Romande (m/f), 100% Present at the group level, Hörmann is a growing company active in the construction industry. Its 40 highly specialized factories ensure the production of doors for the industry, frames, and for Europe, Asia, and North America. Rich in over 60 years of experience, the Hörmann group achieves a turnover of over one billion euros. We employ 15 people at our site in Rennaz. Support us with your expertise. Your tasks: - Advice and telephone support for our partners and resellers - Responsible for our showroom of approximately 200m2 - Technical assistance to customers - Preparation of various offers for doors as well as other products from the range - Collaboration with our regional sales managers for the development and preparation of offers - Processing offers and inquiries from private clients and architects towards a regional partner or towards one of our regional sales managers, acting as a link with the head office in Oensingen for our regional partners - Support for processing with logistics and the spare parts service if needed - Assistance with the program (iHAAS) with our clients, continuous updates on new products Contribute to our common success. What you bring: - Technical background with a strong interest in the construction field (knowledge of electronics would be an advantage) - A first professional experience in advising on technical products is recommended - A strong commitment to customer service - A willingness to work independently as well as the ability to work in a team - Preferably bilingual in French and German - Proficiency with common tools (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word) - Residency in the region is an advantage We want you to feel good with us.
