## Job Description ##

We-re partnering with a growing international group to recruit a **Technical Accountant** at the group level to strengthen their Consolidation & Reporting team in Geneva.

This newly created position offers exposure to complex accounting, dual-listed reporting, and future M&A activity. If you-re a technically strong accountant with excellent written English and a passion for solving challenging accounting issues at a strategic level, we-d like to hear from you.


**Working closely with the Financial Reporting Manager, you-ll:**

* Research and document complex accounting treatments (e.g. M&A, JVs, **US GAAP**)
* Draft technical memos and support quarterly and year-end consolidations
* Prepare regulatory filings including 20-F, MD&A, and Swiss reports
* Liaise with auditors and contribute to strong internal controls
* Support upcoming corporate transactions and expansion into new markets

**What We-re Looking For:**

* Fluent written English and strong communication skills
* CPA with solid technical accounting knowledge - US GAAP essential
* Ability to research and write clearly on complex topics (accounting memos)
* Experience in a listed or audit environment (Big 4 backgrounds welcome)
* Team player with a steady, long-term mindset
