Then join us!The CMS is a program in home care, born from a partnership with the CHUV. The multidisciplinary team intervenes for a maximum of three weeks. It is composed of occupational therapists, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and health auxiliaries. It collaborates with the client, their entourage, and the care network.For this position, we are looking for a Team Leader (TL) 80%MISSIONYou ensure the management of a team of about thirty people. You contribute to the recruitment and development of employees as well as to the proper functioning of the service. You supervise the flow and organization of staff interventions with our clients.
