Hierarchically aligned with its various directions, the multidisciplinary team leaders have direct responsibility for thirty to fifty IMAD clients distributed according to their places of residence and/or the specifics of the missions. Duties and Responsibilities - Promote client engagement in all actions undertaken, through a multidisciplinary care approach. - Under the direction of the home care center (CMD) and within the framework of policies defined by the institution, lead and coordinate the activities of a team within a branch. - Ensure the quality of services delivered to IMAD clients. - Ensure operational procedures for the branch team, as defined by the institution. - Manage personnel in accordance with the principles and rules of the human resources policy defined by the institution, in compliance with law B 5 05 and its regulations. - Ensure the daily operational management of the home care branch, in collaboration with the members of the CMD management and in interaction with the teams in charge of centralized services. - Participate in institutional projects and their implementation.Profile - HES-SO in nursing or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience, successful managerial experience, and the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 to 50 people.- Proficient in data analysis and dashboard management.- Excellent sense of communication and collaborative intelligence. - Strong analytical and synthesis skills. - Good understanding of the operational functioning of IMAD and its role within the Geneva health and social network. - Capacity and interest for managing human resources.What We Offer At IMAD, we believe that well-being is essential.
