As part of strengthening our team in Renens, we are looking for: Team Leader for Waterproofing (F/M) - Renens | 100% Do you want to lead large-scale projects and make your mark on projects in the region, such as the ones at Saint-François, UBS in Lausanne, the Swissquote tower in Gland, the Health Campus in Chavannes-près-Renens, or the HEIG-VD in Yverdon-les-Bains? Then this position is for you. In your daily work, you will be expected to:- Supervise and coordinate waterproofing work on sites;- Organize, plan, and distribute the work of teams on the ground;- Ensure quality execution as well as compliance of completed work;- Guide, motivate, and unite the teams with a spirit of high standards;- Ensure compliance with safety rules on the site;- Anticipate the resource needs and tools necessary for the smooth running of the work;- Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to ensure optimal progress of projects;- Carry out waterproofing work on both renovation and new construction projects;- Perform thermal work;- Handle the removal and tearing down of complex systems.Requirements:- CFC in the field of construction or equivalent qualification;- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of waterproofing;- Proven experience in team management or real potential for quick growth into these responsibilities;- Leadership skills and ability to unite a team on the ground;- Good ability to plan, distribute, and monitor tasks;- Conscientious, rigorous personality with attention to the quality of work;- Strong sensitivity to safety standards;- Driving license B;- Good command of French (minimum B2).OUR ADVANTAGES:- A tailored program to encourage your development;- Advantageous professional pension scheme;- A service vehicle, also usable for home-work commutes;- A friendly work atmosphere;- Benefits for our employees (Swibeco, bonus X Sunrise).START DATE: Immediate or to be agreed upon.Joining PHIDA means participating in a collective adventure in a thriving company, where each employee plays an essential role in our success.
