As part of a replacement, we are recruiting a:
Team Leader of the Interface Division (80-100%) - Permanent Contract
Salary scale 9 (this scale applies with validated prerequisites, otherwise classification is at level -1)

What you bring to our mission
Within the Migrant Support in Housing Domain (AMA), you lead a team of regional coordinators and actively contribute to the management of the Interface Division. Through your leadership, you ensure the quality of services, develop internal and external partnerships, and support the implementation of projects promoting the social integration of migrants.

Your key missions
You lead a team of regional coordinators and organise their activities.
You contribute to the strategy of the Interface Division and monitor projects and complex situations.
You develop partnerships and represent the division to internal and external stakeholders.
You act as deputy to the division manager and participate in emergency management.
You lead awareness-raising activities on asylum, migration and intercultural topics.
You contribute to the development of the division by strengthening collaborations with partners and supporting projects promoting integration and social cohesion.
Your profile
Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences or university in social work, communication or human sciences, or equivalent qualification.
Certified training in management.
6 years of experience in social work, including some in team and project management.
Good knowledge of the Vaud political and institutional landscape.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
Driving licence preferred.
