In order to complete its staff, the Department of Social Action and Youth is looking for a Team Leader I – School Cafeterias for its school cafeterias. Fixed position at 60% - Class 10. Your mission: Ensure the proper functioning of the school cafeterias on the ground; lead the teams in their tasks to guarantee a quality service; ensure the implementation and compliance with regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).Your main activities:Coordinate the service and the distribution of meals on the sites; control procedures; support and assist the teams on the ground daily; facilitate communication with the sector manager and the team; contribute to planning, replacements, and monitoring of absences; perform regular quality and safety checks; report and address non-conformities; collaborate with partners and, as needed, with families; write field feedback/reports and propose process improvements.Profile:Proven experience in collective catering (ideally school) and team management; mastery of hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP); autonomy, sense of priorities; caring and clear leadership; ease in multi-site contexts; ability to manage unforeseen events; vocational certificate in catering or deemed equivalent; first aid and hygiene: an asset; excellent command of French and good writing skills; good mastery of tools; criminal record extract upon hiring: August 1st.
