Team Leader 80-100% Permanent Contract



As part of the development of our teams, we are looking for our future Team Leader for the CMS of Eastern Vaud.

Mission

As a Team Leader in home care and community health, you will supervise and support a multidisciplinary team of around thirty people, ensuring the quality and coherence of the services provided to the population.

You ensure optimal resource management and the implementation of the organisation’s quality standards. You play a key role in change management, supporting your colleagues through process changes while ensuring that responses meet medico-social needs.

Location:

  • One of our CMS located in Eastern Vaud. The assignment will be determined according to the Association’s needs and discussed during the recruitment process.

Your main responsibilities

  • Support and monitor your team within a dynamic of collaboration, trust and kindness
  • Manage and analyse activity indicators and dashboards, proposing concrete solutions to ensure efficient and balanced resource management
  • Actively participate in the administrative management of the CMS
  • Organise and plan daily activities: individual follow-up, schedule management, recruitment and integration of new employees
  • Ensure the quality of services, compliance with regulatory frameworks and implementation of our beneficiaries’ rights charter
  • Support skills development of each individual, valuing talents and promoting professional growth
  • Create connections and promote communication, by leading team meetings, coordinating activities and collaborating closely with internal and external partners
  • Be an agent of change, actively contributing to continuous improvement of management and the smooth running of the CMS

Profile

• University of Applied Sciences degree (nursing qualification a real asset) and experience in hospital or medico-social settings

• Training and several years of successful experience in management, team leadership and organisation. Project management is an asset

• Confirmed professional experience in acute care, an asset

• Flexibility and ability to manage priorities

• Excellent computer skills
