Team Leader - Psychologist ProfileYou have an interest in team leadership, are sensitive to issues in the field of special education, and wish to provide help to young people experiencing difficulties in the school system. Join us to strengthen our team in Aigle!Responsibilities- Ensure the responsibility of a team of psychologists in post-compulsory education, develop the skills of staff, and promote clinical exchanges.- Participate in the management of the activities of psychologists in post-compulsory education and ensure the application of decisions.- Support the mission of vocational schools or high schools by providing specific skills and knowledge within the institution.- Provide specific help to adolescents and young adults in school who encounter emotional, learning, or behavioral difficulties in order to promote their personal, social, academic, and professional development.- Collaborate with parents, school actors, and other involved stakeholders and provide specific knowledge in the field of learning, behavior, or development, allowing for actions or adjustments to the school context for the benefit of the young person or the group of young people in difficulty.The verification of any criminal record is required for this position. Professional experience of at least 5 years, interest in multidisciplinary work and group work.
