As Team X Management for the French-speaking part of Switzerland, you become the conductor of our infrastructures, steering both the technical efficiency of our sales points and the performance of our logistics center. Your mission Team Management: Supervise, support, and develop the FM X specialist team for optimal performance of our sites in French-speaking Switzerland. Steering: Oversee preventive maintenance for all French-speaking stores and logistics, ensuring maximum availability (cold storage, electricity, & Projects: Plan and direct the work from technical design to final acceptance to ensure efficient and sustainable infrastructures. Budget Management: Negotiate agreements with stakeholders and manage their budget mastery: Participate in developing the budgets for your region, constantly optimizing costs and energy efficiency. Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Swiss legal standards (AEAI, ESTI, hygiene) to guarantee a safe environment for our customers. Your profile: Education: A higher education degree (Bachelor, HES Engineer, or Federal diploma) in Facility Management, building technology, energy, or experience: Ideally, you have several years of experience in the technical management of large real estate portfolios in retail. Leadership: You have initial management experience and know how to unite technical profiles around common goals. Communication: You can communicate effectively with both real estate management and external partners to develop and maintain long-term relationships. Personality: Autonomous, solutions-oriented, stress-resistant, and possessing a strong spirit of initiative. Language proficiency: As a French speaker, you have excellent knowledge of German (minimum B2), essential for communication with our headquarters.
