YOUR ROLE: Manage, supervise, and develop a team of 3 specialists in activities, distribute tasks and ensure follow-up (GMAO reporting) Supervise the maintenance, evolution and reliability of systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, industrial networks) Ensure the availability of critical processes (dairy processes, CIP, packaging, utilities) Lead projects: energy, new lines Work closely with production, maintenance (troubleshooting), quality and IT Provide expert support in case of complex breakdowns and coordinate external interventions Ensure system compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, machine safety) Update technology and manage software versions WHAT YOU BRING: Engineering or technician degree with recognized expertise in industrial fields (minimum 5 years) Mastery of programmable systems (JAG, Siemens S7 / TIA Portal or equivalent) Confirmed experience in maintenance and industrial environment, with very good knowledge in mechanics and electricity.
