Your Tasks
- General administrative and organisational tasks
- Managing incoming correspondence
- Creating presentations and statistics
- Maintaining the website
- Sending mailings
- Participation in various projects
- Co-organisation of events
- General support of the team in day-to-day business
- Assisting in the supervision of commercial apprentices
Our Requirements
- Commercial vocational training
- Professional experience in an administrative commercial role desirable
- Fluent German skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork
- Precise, reliable and independent working style
- Well-groomed appearance
