## Job Description ##
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to six directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
* Organize and take minutes for internal meetings, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
* Support internal communication and coordination across departments.
* Assist with event planning and logistics for workshops, trainings, and stakeholder meetings.
* Maintain filing systems and ensure proper documentation of key processes.
* Liaise with external partners and stakeholders as directed.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the leadership team.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably in the non-profit or public sector.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace).
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
