## Job Description ##
* Assist with routine administrative tasks: preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining templates.
* Support event coordination (e.g., mid-year meetings, information sessions).
* Help manage member data, track participation, and schedule meetings.
* Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Communications) for logistics and documentation.
* Provide ad-hoc support for regional initiatives and meetings.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
* Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
