We are looking for a Team Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to Membership and Affiliates activities, including events, programmes, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth operations during a peak period of 6 months.

Missions

  • Assist with routine administrative tasks: preparing documents, presentations, and maintaining templates.
  • Support event coordination (, mid-year meetings, information sessions).
  • Help manage member data, track participation, and schedule meetings.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Finance, HR, Communications) for logistics and documentation.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for regional initiatives and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices.

Profil du candidat

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication in English (French is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
  • Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills.
