## Job Description ##
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
* Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports in line with organizational standards
* Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, catering, and materials
* Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and filing systems (electronic and paper)
* Assist with procurement processes, invoice tracking, and budget monitoring
* Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and workflow
* Support onboarding of new staff and interns, including coordination of IT and office setup
* Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Contribute to process improvements and team initiatives as needed
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Proven experience in a similar administrative or team support role, ideally within an international or multicultural environment
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) is a plus
* Fluency in English required; French or other languages are an asset
* Attention to detail and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
